In the story “The Prince and the Bird Girl”, a king had a beautiful daughter who was very fond of birds. One day she happened to be sitting on the grass when a prince found her. He was very handsome and had a strong resemblance to his father, the king. The prince sat beside her and began to talk with her.

He told her about his travels and how he had come across some birds that were more beautiful than any other creatures in the entire world. She asked him what he was doing out in the woods. He said he came there to enjoy their beauty. Then he asked her if she would like to see him undress.

The young girl hesitated, but then decided that it might be fun to see a man strip off his clothes before her eyes. He removed his shirt, folded it neatly and set it beside him on the grass. Then he took off his boots and socks, placing them beside his shirt.

Finally, he pulled off his pants and underwear, leaving him naked before her. She did not say a word but continued to look at him with wide eyes.He began to gather up all of his clothes, folding them neatly and putting them back on before he spoke again: “I have been told that I am beautiful by many women, but you are the only one who is beautiful enough to make me strip in front of you like this.” He picked up his shirt and folded it, then picked up his socks and put them on before speaking again: “I know that I seem like a fool in my country because I am so afraid of my father’s anger when I disobey him in anything. But in my country we dress like this only when we go out in public with our wives or fiancées or with our friends or even when we go hunting or fishing or sailing…” Then he picked up his boots and put them on: “But here in your country we do not dress like this when we meet people such as you with whom we find pleasure just by looking at each other’s faces or talking for a while….…………………… .
